By subscribing to a paid plan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into this agreement. 2. Description of Service

Second Look Editor is an AI-powered manuscript editing tool that provides line editing and developmental feedback on written works. The Service presents suggestions alongside your original text. All suggestions are recommendations only — you retain full creative control over your work.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all manuscript text and creative work you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Stand Firm Services LLC a limited, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your manuscript content is never sold or shared with third parties.
Your content is never used to train AI models.
Your content is stored securely in your account history for your reference.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Second Look Editor offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan billed monthly at $10.00 USD. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize Stand Firm Services LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
Share your account credentials with others.
Use the Service for any commercial resale or redistribution without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that editing suggestions will be accurate or suitable for your purposes. AI-generated suggestions are not a substitute for professional editorial services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stand Firm Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to your work.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law
